2. I'll check availability. 

​

I'll let you know whether I can accomodate your dates and answer any initial quetions you have about the service. If you're a new client and we're both happy to go ahead, we'll arrange a meet and greet.

3. Meet-and-Greet

​

The meet-and-greet gives us a chance to get properly acquainted before your booking.

I'll meet you and your pets, learn about their personalities and usual routine, and go through everything I need to know - feeding, walks, medication, sleeping arrangements, and any little quirks or preferences.

We'll also complete the relevant booking forms, go through access to your home, arrange keys where needed, and make sure everything is clear for the stay.

4. Secure your booking

​

Once everything is agreed, full payment is taken to secure your booking dates.  Your booking is then confirmed and your pets are officially in the diary.

5. Enjoy your time away

​

I'll arrive at the agreed time and keep your pets as close to their usual routine as possilbl;e while you're away.

You'll recieve photo updates during the stay, so you can relax knowing they're settled, comfortable and being well cared for.
